Diffuse Cedarwood Himalayan along with a couple of drops of Lavender, Eucalyptus, Roman Chamomile, or Rosalina.

Place a couple of drops of Cedarwood Himalayan into witch hazel, shake well, and drop onto cotton balls or pads to use as a facial toner.

For topical use in skin care products, dilute at 1%.
